About Us
The first production line was commissioned in 1969, with a capacity of 230,000 tons/year of clinker and 250,000 tons/year of cement.
Over time, with additional investments, the clinker production capacity has been increased to 1,400,000 tons, and the cement grinding
capacity to 2,850,000 tons.
In October 2011, the ATY (Alternative Fuel Derived from Waste) Facility was commissioned. This facility processes industrial waste with high calorific value (shredding - separation) to be fed as an alternative fuel into rotary kilns, thereby contributing to the generation of the high temperatures required in the rotary kilns and helping protect the environment.
The Waste Heat Energy Production Facility was commissioned in August 2013. Thanks to this facility, approximately 25% of the electrical energy required by the factory is met.
